Sectors we work with

Hacettepe Translation 15 pages

Translation for law firms, clinics, universities, estate agents, importers and other organisations working with Turkish-speaking clients.

  • Accountants and tax advisers

Turkish income, Turkish property and Turkish company interests all end up on a UK return eventually. The translation has to preserve figures, dates and tax terms exactly as they appear, because you will be relying on them.

  • Automotive

Turkish plants build vehicles, buses and components for European markets, and UK businesses buy from them. Manuals, approval files and supplier quality documents all have to keep the same vocabulary across hundreds of pages.

  • Banks and fintech

Two different jobs sit under one heading: verifying documents a Turkish-speaking customer supplies, and putting your own product in front of Turkish speakers in language they trust.

  • Charities and community organisations

Advice centres, mosques, community associations and support services reach Turkish and Kurdish speakers who cannot get what they need in English. The documents are short, the budgets are small and the stakes are often high.

  • Construction and trades

Turkish contractors, materials and trades all appear on UK sites. Two things need translating well: what a worker is qualified to do, and what a document tells them to do on site.

  • Estate agents and conveyancers

Turkish buyers, sellers and landlords bring identity documents, Turkish income and, most often, a power of attorney. Getting the power of attorney and the source-of-funds trail right is where transactions stall.

  • Immigration law firms

Immigration files fail on formalities more often than on substance. We translate Turkish civil-status, financial and criminal-record evidence to the wording the Immigration Rules expect, with the credentials the rules ask to see.

  • Import, export and logistics

Türkiye is a major supplier to UK importers, and customs paperwork is unforgiving: the description on the invoice, the packing list and the origin declaration have to say the same thing in both languages.

  • Marketing agencies

Agencies come to us for two jobs: reaching Turkish-speaking audiences in Britain, who are concentrated in a handful of London boroughs, and taking a UK brand into Türkiye. Neither is achieved by translating the English literally.

  • NHS trusts and private clinics

Turkish patients arrive with treatment histories from Türkiye, and UK patients travel there for surgery and dentistry. Both directions need clinical accuracy and both involve health data, which sets the terms we work on.

  • Restaurants, food and hospitality

Turkish restaurants, bakeries and food importers deal with two very different sets of documents: sponsorship evidence for chefs trained in Türkiye, and product information that has to be right because people eat it.

  • Software and games

Turkish is a large and demanding market for games and apps, and it breaks English assumptions in specific, predictable ways. Knowing which ones saves a release from a bug report written in Turkish.

  • Solicitors and barristers

Family, probate, civil and commercial practices send us Turkish judgments, powers of attorney and correspondence that has to stand up as an exhibit. Deadlines are fixed, terminology has to hold across a matter, and nothing is guessed.

  • Textile and fashion

Türkiye is one of the UK’s closest clothing and home-textile suppliers, and the language sits everywhere in the chain: tech packs, fabric specifications, audit reports, care labels and the invoices that follow them.

  • Universities and colleges

Admissions offices, registries and international teams deal with Turkish transcripts every cycle, and the questions repeat: what the grade means, whether the document is genuine, and whether the translation arrived before the deadline.
