Hacettepe Translation is a Turkish company. We are not registered at Companies House, we have no establishment, office or staff in the United Kingdom, and we do not offer collection. This website is directed at consumers and businesses in the UK, and we serve them from Ankara by e-mail, WhatsApp, telephone and international courier. Read about us.
Consumer law

We process personal data of people in the UK and are subject to the UK GDPR as well as Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). We have not yet appointed a representative in the United Kingdom under Article 27 of the UK GDPR. Professional memberships and regulation
Translation is not a regulated profession in the UK or in Türkiye. We are not members of the Association of Translation Companies, the ITI or CIOL, and we hold no ISO certification. We work with translators sworn before Turkish notaries. Read credentials and company registration.

Why is there no Companies House number?
Because we are not a UK company. Our registration is with the Ankara Trade Registry, number 256268, and in the Turkish central registry MERSİS, number 0454051565600012.
Who is your UK representative?

Can I get an invoice with a VAT number?
Invoices show our Turkish tax number. We are not registered for UK VAT and no UK VAT is charged, so there is no UK VAT number to show.
