Delivery: certified PDF and hard copy by courier

Certified PDF by e-mail

The PDF is the default and is included in the price. It contains the translation, the copy of the original and the signed certification statement in one file. It is sent to the e-mail address on your order as soon as the translation is complete, within the quoted turnaround.

Online applications to UK Visas and Immigration, HM Passport Office, UK ENIC and most professional regulators are made by uploading documents, and a PDF is what they expect. If you need paper, you can print the PDF yourself; the signature and stamp are reproduced on it. Read digital or hard copy for which bodies still ask for paper.

Signed hard copy by courier

If you need a copy signed in ink, we print the translation, sign and stamp it, and send it from Ankara by DHL or UPS. The cost is £30 per delivery, whatever the number of documents in the parcel.

• Delivery to any UK address in 2 to 4 working days after the translation is complete.
• Tracked and signed for. We e-mail you the tracking number when the parcel leaves.
• Documents attract no customs duty. The parcel is declared as documents of no commercial value.
• Delivery to an address in Türkiye or elsewhere in Europe is also possible; ask on the quote form.

If you order a hard copy at the same time as the translation, allow the turnaround plus the courier time when planning your appointment.

UK print-and-post option

We are arranging a UK print partner so that a signed hard copy can be posted within the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a lower cost. This option is not yet available. When it is, it will be listed on the prices page.

No collection

We have no office in the UK and cannot offer collection in person. If you need to hand a paper copy to a body on a fixed date, order the hard copy when you order the translation, and choose the fast turnaround if the date is close.

Notarised and apostilled originals

For documents going to Türkiye, the notarised translation and the apostille are paper documents issued in Ankara. We can send them to you in the UK by courier, or, if you tell us where they are going, deliver them by courier to an address in Türkiye such as a lawyer, a relative or a land registry office.

If something goes wrong

If a courier loses or damages the parcel, we reprint, re-sign and resend the hard copy at no cost. If a PDF does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us; we resend immediately. See delivery questions.
