Turkish-speaking support
Every member of our team speaks Turkish as a first language and English as a working language. You can ask questions and place an order in either language by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
Support in Turkish and English
Our team is based in Ankara. Turkish is our first language and English is the language we work in every day. You can write or speak to us in whichever you prefer, and switch between the two. Family members helping a relative with an application often find it easiest to send the documents in one language and the questions in the other.

Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Türkiye time, which is 06:00–15:00 GMT (07:00–16:00 BST) UK time. Türkiye does not change its clocks, so the difference is three hours in winter and two hours in British Summer Time. WhatsApp messages sent outside these hours are answered the next working morning. We close on Turkish public holidays and publish the dates in advance.
What we can help with
- Which document a UK body is likely to want, based on what it has asked for in writing, and whether it needs a certified, notarised or apostilled translation.
- How to obtain Turkish documents from abroad through e-Devlet, and which ones carry an e-apostille. See e-Devlet from abroad.
- Name spellings, Turkish characters and how to keep them consistent across documents.
- Order status, delivery tracking and invoices.
What we cannot do
We are translators, not advisers. We cannot tell you whether you qualify for a visa, which route to apply under, or how to answer questions on a form. In the UK, immigration advice may only be given by regulated advisers and solicitors. See immigration solicitors and OISC advisers. We also cannot give legal advice on Turkish matters such as inheritance or property; we can translate what a Turkish lawyer sends you.
Support for solicitors and organisations
Law firms, NHS services and community organisations that need a Turkish-speaking contact for a client's documents can e-mail us with a reference and we will deal with the client in Turkish and report back to you in English. See get a quote.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a UK number I can call?
Use the or WhatsApp, which uses your internet connection. The +90 number is a Turkish line and is charged as an international call.
Can my parent, who does not speak English, deal with you directly?
Yes. Everything from the quote to the delivery e-mail can be in Turkish. If the translation is for their UK application, we still write the certification in English.
Do you speak Kurdish?
We can arrange translation from Kurmanji and Sorani through our Kurdish translators; support conversations are in Turkish or English. See Kurdish translation.
Is WhatsApp safe for sending documents?
WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit. Once received, your files are moved to our systems and removed from the phone. If you prefer, upload them through the quote form instead.
