What the calculator does
Choose the direction, enter the number of pages or paste your text to have them counted, pick a tier, and add notarisation, a Turkish apostille or a courier copy if you need them. The total updates as you change the inputs.
How the page unit works
One page is 1,000 characters of the source text, not counting spaces. Anything shorter counts as one page, and longer documents are rounded up to the next whole page. That is roughly 140–160 Turkish words or 180–210 English words, so a UK agency's 250-word page is about one and a half of ours. Turkish into English is £10.00 per page and English into Turkish £6.50; economy is 20 % less and takes twice as long, fast is 60 % more and takes half the time. Certification is included at every tier and no UK VAT is charged.
What the result means, and what it does not
It is an estimate based on what you enter. The quote is confirmed once we have counted the characters in your actual document, and if our count comes out lower than yours, you pay the lower figure. Notary fees for translations used in Türkiye follow the Turkish notary tariff set by regulation and move with the exchange rate, so they are shown as an approximation until we quote. The calculator cannot tell you whether you need a notarised translation at all — for that, use the legalisation route checker.

Everything is worked out in your browser. No text you paste in is uploaded, stored or sent to us; nothing leaves your device unless you go on to request a quote. The full price model is set out on the pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the estimate different from the final quote?
Because the estimate uses the page count you enter and the quote uses the characters actually in your file. Stamps, footers and handwritten notes all carry text that has to be translated, so a short-looking certificate can be slightly more than one page. If we count fewer pages than you did, you pay less.
Does the figure include certification?
Yes, at every tier and in both directions, with no separate certificate fee and no charge for extra PDF copies. Notarisation in Ankara, a Turkish apostille and courier delivery are shown as separate lines because not everyone needs them.
Can I rely on it for a legal aid or company budget?
Use it for planning, then ask us for a written quote before committing the figure to a client care letter or a purchase order. Written quotes are fixed for 30 days.
