Ordering and payment FAQs

How to get a quote and place an order, how and when you pay, which currencies and methods we accept, invoices, and what the “start now” acknowledgement at checkout means for your cancellation rights.

Last reviewed 31 August 2026

Ordering takes three steps: upload your documents through the quote form (or send them by e-mail or WhatsApp), receive a fixed quote with a delivery date, and confirm by paying online. Payment is in pounds sterling through bank transfer in pounds sterling; we send the account details with your quote. Card payment is not available yet. We start work when payment is received and usable scans are in hand. Because you are a consumer buying a service from a distance, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day cancellation right, and the checkout asks you to confirm that you want us to start within that period; the questions below explain what that means. Full terms are on terms and conditions.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get a quote?

Upload your documents on the quote form, or send them by e-mail or WhatsApp, and tell us the purpose and the deadline. We reply with a fixed price, the delivery date and any advice on the document itself (for example, that it needs an apostille first). Quotes for standard certificates are usually sent within a couple of hours during the working day.

How do I place an order?

Accept the quote and pay through the link we send, or order directly on the order page if you already know the page count and tier. You receive an order confirmation with the delivery date and a reference number to quote in any later message. Work starts when payment is received and the scans are usable.

Which payment methods do you accept?

bank transfer in pounds sterling; we send the account details with your quote. Card payment is not available yet. All payments are in pounds sterling and processed by the payment provider; we do not see or store your card details, and the provider's own fraud checks apply. Business clients can pay by bank transfer against an invoice, and firms with an account are invoiced monthly rather than per order.

When is payment taken?

When you confirm the order. For consumers we take payment in full before starting. For business accounts with agreed terms we invoice on delivery. If we cannot deliver what was quoted, for example because a document turns out to be illegible, we refund in full.

Do I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes. An invoice in pounds sterling is issued for every order and sent with the translation. It shows the page count, tier, any notary or courier items, and states that no UK VAT is charged. Business clients can have their company details and reference on it.

What is the “start now” acknowledgement at checkout?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days to cancel a service bought at a distance. If you want the translation sooner than that, which almost everyone does, you ask us to start within the 14 days. If you then cancel before we finish, you pay for the work done so far; once the translation is delivered the cancellation right ends. See cancellation and refunds.

Can I add a document after ordering?

Yes. Send it with your order reference and we quote it separately; if it is short it usually joins the same delivery without changing the date. Adding a longer document may move the delivery date for the whole order if you want everything delivered together, so tell us which matters more, the date or a single delivery, and we schedule accordingly.

Can a solicitor or employer order on my behalf?

Yes. They send the documents and pay; we deliver to whichever address they specify and can copy you in if they authorise it. The certification is the same whoever orders. Firms that order regularly can open an account with monthly invoicing and a shared termbase; see for immigration solicitors and OISC advisers.

Do you take payment in Turkish lira or euros?

Orders through this website are in pounds sterling. If you are paying from a Turkish bank account, or you would rather be invoiced by our Turkish company in lira at the day's rate, contact us before ordering and we arrange it. Euro payments can be handled the same way for clients elsewhere in Europe.

Send us the document and we will quote a fixed price

Photograph or scan every page, tell us who will receive the translation, and we reply with the price and the delivery date. Usually within one working hour, Monday to Friday.
