Order online
Accept your quote, choose delivery, confirm that you want us to start straight away, and pay in pounds sterling. We begin work when payment arrives.
Before you order
You need a quote number from the quote form. Check the quote for the number of pages, the turnaround, and whether notarisation, apostille or a hard copy is included. Check the spelling of names on the quote against your passport; corrections are free before we start and quick afterwards, but they can delay delivery.
Ordering in four steps
- Enter your quote number and your details. We need your name, e-mail address and, for a hard copy, the UK delivery address.
- Confirm the options. Economy, standard or fast; PDF only or PDF plus hard copy; notarisation and apostille for documents going to Türkiye. The total updates as you choose.
- Confirm the start of work. As a consumer you have 14 days to cancel. Most customers want their translation before the 14 days are up, so you are asked to tick a box that says: I ask Hacettepe Translation to start work now. I understand that once the translation has been fully delivered I lose the right to cancel, and that if I cancel after work has started I pay for the work done up to that point. - Pay. Payment is in pounds sterling. Available methods: bank transfer in pounds sterling; we send the account details with your quote. Card payment is not available yet. No UK VAT is charged.
What happens after you pay
- You receive an order confirmation by e-mail with a copy of the quote, these terms and the cancellation information.
- We assign the translation and start the turnaround clock at the next working hour in Türkiye.
- You receive the certified PDF by e-mail within the turnaround. If you ordered a hard copy, we send the courier tracking number separately.
Paying as a business
Companies and law firms can order in the same way and receive an invoice in the company name. For regular work, ask us about monthly invoicing. See services for immigration law firms.
Problems with payment

Frequently asked questions
Can I order without a quote?
No. A quote confirms the page count and the exact price, which protects you from surprises. Quotes are free and usually arrive within a few working hours.
Will I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes. An invoice is issued by Hacettepe Tercüme Ltd. Şti. in pounds sterling and e-mailed with your order confirmation.
What if I tick the start-now box and then change my mind?
You can still cancel until the translation is fully delivered. You pay a proportionate amount for the work done up to the time you cancel. Once the translation has been delivered, the right to cancel no longer applies. Read cancellation and refunds.
Is the payment page secure?
Payments are processed by our payment provider on its own secure pages. We do not see or store your card details.
