Turnaround times and urgent options
Short certificates are delivered within one to two working days at the standard tier. Fast halves the time at +60 %, with same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 11:00 UK time; economy doubles it at −20 %.
Standard turnaround
A one- to three-page document (birth certificate, diploma, nüfus kayıt örneği) is normally delivered as a certified PDF within one to two working days of payment. Turkish to English typically takes a little longer than English to Turkish because of the English-side review. Longer documents are quoted by volume: as a guide, a translator handles about eight to ten of our pages a day plus revision, so a 30-page court file is a four- to five-day job at the standard tier. The quote always states the delivery date. If you order several documents at once they are scheduled together and delivered as one set; tell us if one of them is more urgent than the rest, and we deliver that one first at no extra charge.

Same-day means the certified PDF is in your inbox by the end of the UK working day. For a single certificate ordered before 11:00 UK time that is routine. For a ten-page document ordered at 10:55 we will tell you honestly whether same-day is possible before taking payment. What counts as a working day
Our production team works Monday to Friday in Ankara. Türkiye is two hours ahead of the UK in summer and three in winter, so our morning starts before yours: an order placed at 22:00 UK time is on a translator's desk before 08:00 UK time the next day. Turkish public holidays, in particular Ramazan Bayramı and Kurban Bayramı, close notaries and apostille offices in Ankara for several days; translation and certification continue through most of them, but notarised translations and Turkish apostilles do not. UK bank holidays affect courier deliveries, not our production. We publish holiday notices in advance.
What adds time
- Notarised translation in Ankara: usually same day to two working days after the translation is finished, subject to the notary's hours.
- Turkish apostille on the notarised translation: same day at the kaymakamlık, one to three days at the valilik.
- FCDO apostille on a UK document: outside our control; the e-Apostille is usually quicker than the paper service. Obtain it before ordering the translation.
- Hard copy by courier: two to four working days from Ankara to a UK address with DHL or UPS, tracked.

How to get the fastest result
- Send the PDF from e-Devlet or a full-page colour scan of both sides.
- Tell us the purpose and the passport spelling of every name.
- Choose fast and confirm before 11:00 UK time.
- Ask for the PDF first; the hard copy can follow if you need it.
If you have a fixed appointment (a register office, a consulate slot, a court date), tell us the date and time. We plan backwards from it and flag straight away if it cannot be met.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get a translation in an hour?
Sometimes, for a single certificate ordered early in the day, but we do not sell an hourly service. Same-day is the commitment; earlier is a bonus we will try for if you tell us the deadline.
Does the fast tier reduce quality?
No. The same translator and reviser process applies; fast means your job goes to the front of the queue. If a job is too large to do properly in the time, we say so rather than accept it.
Do you work at weekends?
Orders placed at the weekend are counted from Monday morning Ankara time. For genuine emergencies contact us on WhatsApp; we will tell you what is possible.
When does the clock start?
From payment and receipt of usable scans, whichever is later. A quote request alone does not start the turnaround.
