How we collect reviews

We are not publishing a review count or a star average, because the UK site is new and inventing one would be worse than having none. This is how reviews will be gathered and shown as they arrive.

What we are not claiming

You will not find a number of reviews, an average rating or a wall of first-name testimonials on this site at present. The UK site is new. Any figure we printed today would either be borrowed from our Turkish business, where the customers and the service are different, or made up. Neither belongs on a page where people are deciding whether to trust us with a birth certificate.

How it will work

One request, sent after the translation has been delivered, with a link and no reminder chasing you. Reviews are published as written, with the type of document and the month, and we do not delete the unflattering ones — a review saying the file arrived a day late is more useful to the next reader than five saying the service was excellent. We do not offer discounts, entries into prize draws or anything else in exchange for a review, and we do not write them ourselves. UK consumer law treats fake and incentivised reviews as unfair practices, and rightly.

If something went wrong

A review is a poor way to get a problem fixed, because it reaches us at the same time as it reaches everyone else. Tell us first: errors and format rejections are corrected and reissued at no charge. Then review us, whatever the outcome. See our accuracy and acceptance policy, the complaints procedure, and the reviews page as it fills.

Send us the document and we will quote a fixed price

Photograph or scan every page, tell us who will receive the translation, and we reply with the price and the delivery date. Usually within one working hour, Monday to Friday.
