Where we work from

One office, in Kızılay in central Ankara, open since 2008. There is no UK branch, no counter to visit in London and no collection service, and we would rather write that down than let a customer find out on a Saturday morning.

The address

Kızılay Mah., İhlamur Cad., İhlamur Apt. No: 9/8, 06420 Çankaya, Ankara. That is the registered office of Hacettepe Tercüme Bilgisayar Yazılım Danışmanlık ve İnternet Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi and the only place we work from. There is no London office, no branch behind a shop on Green Lanes and no address you can drop documents at in the UK. Nor is there a collection option at checkout, because there is nowhere to collect from.

Why an Ankara office is an advantage for some work

For a document going to a Turkish authority, being in Ankara is the whole point. A translation can be sworn and notarised before a Turkish notary the same week, and apostilled at a kaymakamlık or valilik counter, without anything crossing a border twice. That route is what SGK, YÖK, the tapu offices and the courts accept, and arranging it from London means posting originals both ways.

How documents reach you

You send scans, we return a signed and stamped PDF. Where a wet-ink copy is needed, it goes by international courier from Ankara or is printed and posted within the UK by a partner. Our company information page carries the registry, tax and MERSİS numbers in full, and delivery options sets out the times and charges for each method.

Send us the document and we will quote a fixed price

Photograph or scan every page, tell us who will receive the translation, and we reply with the price and the delivery date. Usually within one working hour, Monday to Friday.
